SOLD: WBBB 1.1 DL Lefty, Dutch Buckles

Selling a Warbonnet Blackbird, 1.1 DL "lefty" (zipper on the right). Comes with stock webbing suspension and a pair of Dutch clips. It's in fantastic condition, I bought it used here last October (here's the post) and took it out twice before deciding to switch to the XLC (I'm a big tall guy) - so it's presumably been used less than 10 times. SOLD.

Also up for sale are a once-used pair of Dutch Buckles. SOLD.

Let me know if you have any questions.

It is a very alert, active sheep, with a stylish, lively carriage.

I'm shopping for my 1st hammock, so I'm gathering info.

I know that "lefty" means the hammock is a mirror image, but why choose "Lefty"? Better for sleeping on one side or the other? if so which side?

I tend to sleep on my right side.

WBBB's are asymmetrically cut and have a footbox on one side. The "normal" design is head left, feet right (zipper on the left). The "lefty" design is head right, feet left (zipper on the right).

All depends on how you like to hang, and if you have a side sleeping preference. I think most people find facing the zipper side a bit more comfortable, but everyone is different. Shug has a video somewhere in which he shows how he lays straight along the zipper side and uses the foot box to store clothes.

Mods the move is a bit premature. Haven't received funds for the buckles yet, and the WBBB has not sold. Please move back or tell me to start a new thread.
