    Hey Slowhike,
I also have a Big Agnes Insulated Air Core but use their 35 degree bag (Horse Thief?? can't remember). What do you do in the summer when it's hot?

i still use the insulated aircore, but no other insulation on the underside of the hammock.
on top i've been using a horsethief made into a quilt, but sometimes that's to much & i just leave it beside me in the hammock or partly pulled over me.
this year i got one of the older version speer top blankets (sewn through construction). it's way thinner & lighter, so it'll be perfect for summer.
i plan to put a no snivler type head hole in it.
ed may still have some of the older version top blankets under "sale items". if not, it would be extremely easy to make one... or a thin synthetic quilt. ...tim
I too will something make and joy in it's making
