Mods, DIY stickies?

Great idea, and thanks mods. This is one change that I can whole heartedly get behind. That list of stickies was getting out of control

+1 on that...And can we be more open to adding new stickies if this comes into effect?

The mods always made the decision to make a thread a sticky, and they did a good job of it, often responding to requests by members. That practice could continue, IMO.
