Yes any pics? Love seeing the area around the Sisters.
Garage hanging is where I started. My wife thought I was nuts but I learned some things.
Thx for sharing your experience.

Nice report.
I use triangle thingies to keep my underquilt on my shoulder. There are some Dutchware solutions also, I think.
I also have a WBBB.

Mighty fine briefing and way to give the hammy a go.
Looks just pristine when ya'll hunt.

Thanks Shug. Again your insight and videos have been great. Central Oregon is a great area. I am looking to get back up and hammock again next weekend. Thanks EAY for the dutchware and triangle thingy tip
A nice big step for an averaged size man (5'8"-10"ish) is approximately 3 feet. As long as you have about 7 steps between trees you'll be good to go. And remember, it doesn't have to be perfect. As you hang more you'll start to figure out if you like a flatter or more of a U shaped hang. Or you can do like me and upgrade to the WB Ridge Runner...you'll never look back. Like you said, it's all trial and error. But that's the fun of it!
I just found this thread...that's what I get for not reading the trip reports more often.
It's nice to know the WBBB finally made it out to the great outdoors. Glad to hear you enjoyed it.
Heading out again this weekend. No rain in the forecast. Looking forward to using the tarp in porch mode and refining my underquilt and WBBB setup.
