I found this at the store yesterday it's very waterproof but it seems to stretch a lot. I didn't notice till I got it home ,can I assume that would me for a bad tarp ? Or is it usable because it was only 1.00 a yard it would be nice here is a pic

Not sure what that is but if it stretches a lot it won't make for a good tarp.

is it breathable? one side almost looks like the wrong side of goretex.
I'm not sure I can blow in it and a bit of air gets though but I don't know if that is considered breathable . I mad a stuff sac out of it. I figured the stretch ability of it will be good for that. I want to try another one thought this stuff is like trying to sew water.
