Yes, both they and their gear are top-shelf.

They are located 5 miles from my house and I have stopped by their shop. They are great guys and it is truly a family operation. Their family dog comes to work, they are in the back sowing and answering calls but will be happy to show you whatever you want to checkout and offer a military discount too! This is why "Made in America" is what it is today!

Their gear, for me, has just always worked. MW4, MW3 convertible in short or long mode, hood, original bridge and UL model. And their UQs used on their hammocks are a match with ease of set up and consistent results that can not be beat. At least in my experience. Plus, great customer service, at least as good as any. And last but not least, probably the quickest delivery of products to be had. Almost always in stock and shipping immediately, despite the OPs rare experience of out of stock. Just in case you are in a hurry.

I agree that JRB has some great customer service. I got a personal call from one of the jacks and an email following up on my minor issue. I am totally satisfied with the quality and service they provide.
