Smile Video: A Journey To Alenäs Nature Reservation (part 1)

So after having spend 6 Months In A Hammock (video) and then 6 months in a bed I am finally back on track.
Hope you will enjoy the ride that culminates at my brothers house.
    Best of wishes,
    Blaze

Thanks for sharing the beginning of your trip with us, BlazeAway! That's three different videos over morning coffee so far, and I'd forgotten just how much I missed yours.

I like the covered bike barns at the train station. That whole section of going into town reminds me of my youth in New England; if it weren't for the accents, I'd completely believe that you were somewhere along the shoreline in Connecticut or Rhode Island. Beautiful, beautiful country.

Your brother is immensely talented; I really like that house design. He's also a much better housekeeper than I am .

How do you like the Traveler sock? And the new camera? Both seem like they're fairly nice.

Looking forward to the next installment!

Yeah, he has some kind of talent, though not for hanging, at least thus far.

I believe the Scandinavian countries, as a hole, has all it takes.

It is a pearl, though I prefer a simple lifestyle where I am the master and not the bank.

Yes, it is not a hike in the classical sense, but worth sharing nonetheless I hope. Thanks for watching.

Well the next part will bring you to an old beautiful house that is brand new.

Now the Traveler Sock was a miracle to get. It can be quite cold at night in the winter, if the wind is blowing, especially on your face. This chill factor is completely gone when using the Sock. As for condensation, with the wind blowing and the Sock closed there is no condensation, whereas on nights with no wind one has to leave the Sock open for ventilation. In other words it has increased my hammock experience immensely.
And the camera is fare better than what I can handle.

    Best,
    Blaze
