Camp looks good, but for wildlife it seems a bit quiet, lol.
Hanging out with your daughter.....priceless.
I have taken my new NX 250 out for a few overnights this fall, it got down to the upper 40s, but I haven't put in my Z-liners yet. But this coming Friday that will change. I will be going out for 3 nights and the temps will be in the low 40s, so I'll be sliding the liners into the pockets. I will also have a ccf pad with me just in case of cbs at 3 in the morning....it's cheap, light insurance.
How cold was it when you went out there with your daughter? How cold have you gotten down to with just the z liners by themselves?
I'm with you, I also avoid down because I'm allergic to it. Yep, I'm definitely taking my ccf pad with me whenever I have the z liners in place as my just-in-case insurance. I've cut it down to cover just from my shoulders to butt. I'll just have to suck it up when the inevitable moistness starts up.....but at least I'll be warm when it drops below 32 at 3 in the morning.
Thanks for the answers brother.
Looks like a great set up and time spent with daughter, way to go Dad!!
