    Shiny side

Can't remember. Is it shiny side out or in for calendar ripstop on down quilts?

Here's a relevant blurb from tewa's sticky thread in the top insulation sub-forum:

"... NOTE: please pay close attention to the orientation of the calendared (or shiny) side and place these calendared sides back-to-back. AYCE at Thru-Hiker told me to put the calendared sides toward the inside..."

It doesn't matter much but I would put shiny on the inside as it is the part that makes it downproof.

    Dutch knows best!
From my experience I'd say definitely in.
    Directionally challenged...comicly so.

Not all who wonder are lost...But I'm probably just lost.
