Smile Excited about my custom TQ from WL!

Just placed an order for a custom TQ from Wilderness Logics and boy am I excited! The phone conversation with Marty sealed the deal as he talked me thru the entire mod until I was comfortable with the changes and certain I would be getting exactly what I wanted! Now the wait begins but I will be sure to post as soon as I lay hands on the product!

The modification was simply to shorten the Kinq size TQ to 72" from 78" lenght but leave the width at 55". Basically I am a side sleeper who tosses around so I was concerned that the Regular TQ which is 48 X 72 would not be wide enough for my amazon frame. Plus add side snaps to be able to join two together when I have to go to ground for family car camping. Nothing major but he did infer that he would have more size options to add to the website in the near future. Nice man that Marty!

    Yeah cool.

He will indeed have some new quilts out, and I am looking forward to seeing what Marty comes up with.

A follow up just to say I received the TQ from WL and have fallen in downy love with the thing! It is beautiful, lofty, very warm, appears exceptionally well made and fits me perfectly! The test will start Sunday when I will begin a 7 day AT adventure and can put it thru the paces! So far though, with a few test hours in my hammock last night in the mid 40s, I am very pleased with my purchase!
