Sure, it's a long one but you can bookmark it.

    link

You'll need to update it each time since this link takes you to data for 11/15/13. Just choose the date and time you want and hit "Refresh" button on the left. Zoom in by clicking and dragging a rectangle over the area you want. Lots of other options on the left to play with too.

I find it fairly accurate. If you select a date or time in the future, it will say "..forecasted for.." at the top, so they're just estimating snow depth. I try to stay away from this. Usually you need to pick a time a few hours earlier than the current time to allow for an update to avoid that.

Very handy when you're looking for snow far from home!

I remember the 2nd week of Jan last year pretty well . We had lots of snow on the ground the previous week and them bam along came a warm rain from the gulf and destroyed it . We about sh## because we all had our gear figured for pulks . Look at me on the Kubota last year in Dec. .

Check out Hoist Lake area on Dec 31 2012 . Orange equals 12 inches . By the way I love this map .

What the heck , come with what you have . You'll most likely survive , and then you'll know what you really need .

Won't need your kayak unless it functions as a sled. You could wear your kilt....but kinda chilly.

****! this is only a 2hr. drive from me...can't pass this up. Guess I better plan on changing my work schedule around and burning a vacation day. And get my underquilt made. Count me in.

Going to request Jan. 10 off work when I go in tomorrow. Also already pulled out my "winter" pack today and going over some of my cold weather gear!
