Excellent Service, Excellent Product!

Hey all,

I purchased some whoopie slings about 2 months ago (6 in total) and have had nothing but success with them. They make things easy on a beginner and have made my suspension system lighter, simpler and much easier to use. I was adjusting my standard Clarke ropes about 6-7 times per hang, which meant re-tying the knot. Those days are over!

A quick note about the service - it is phenomenal! They came quickly, and the staff responded to a few questions within a few hours of my email (I may have just gotten lucky!). Their responses were clear, direct and very descriptive - totally answering my questions.

Highly recommended!

I would like to second your thoughts. I have now ordered from them twice and have had excellent service. Products are superb and were shipped the following day!!

I just ordered aluminum rings from whoopie (Sunday night @ 20:30). I received e-mail 5-10 minutes later that they would be mailed Monday morning. Now that's quick service. I had him to make me some 1/8 whoopies this past spring & they have held up great. Since I have learned to make my own. With 4 grandsons this became a necessity. Thank you SmokeBait.
