Very nice! I was thinking of using my Keen boots for hiking/snow shoeing and just using the Mukluks around camp. Curious if the Mukluk could be the one all boot for a trip like this.

I'm not sure….will be bringing both at this point. Feel like snowshoeing may need more support but will test all as soon as we get snow!

There is a flight that comes in at 3:07 on Thursday. Is that to late to get to the party? So far there are no other better times.

Duluth is the closest airport. Your maybe 1 hour 20 minutes from Finland.

It's not the closest airport, but it definitely is the closest one that will have a commercial flight in from Idaho. (There are several small ones along the shore, but that really doesn't do you any good unless you have your own plane.)

You'll love 'em. I have the Steger Arctics, and use them for hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and skiing.

how bout stay home two weekends before or after then camp two weekends.you're just not getting your moneys worth out of your winter gear if it's sitting at home....
