That's right, they do work well. But it aint the bottom you have to worry about, it's the top. Dang chickens can read minds(at least mine). A little aluminum foil on the old noggin keeps em clucking.

On a side note, I'm glad we were up there last weekend and not this weekend. I think the chatter and lollygagging would have been minimal in these temps were seeing, especially with the wind. We definitely got a gift with that one.
