I don't have a pic right now but the Jarbidge and my 20* UGQ full length pack down almost identical.

I was pleasantly surprised at how small the USPS box was when I received my APEX Jarbridge on Tuesday. Will try to get you a pic.

    I have apex envy.

But I'm still happy with my standard Jarbidge.

Anyone got a pic of a standard Jarbidge next to an apex Jarbidge to compare packed/stuffed sizes?

Jarbridge Apex UQ vs. size 10 shoe. Note the UQ will compress another 20% - it's not real tight in the stuff sack.

That is exactly my setup and exactly the lowest temperature I have had it. I was pretty cozy at 27.

That's good to hear guys, that's pretty darn cold. Now my weak link is my topquilt, crappy Kelty synthetic bag.

My new Jarbridge Apex UQ arrived at 3PM yesterday, so I used an UQ (without a pad) for the 1st time last night (I've been a strict pad user for many years and this was my 1st UQ experience). For the TQ I used a cheep ($20) Walmart mummy bag and a wool blanket. I used Shug's training video on this subject to set-up - thanks Shug :>)
At 28F I was warm all night. Minimum clothing (thin loose polyester PJ pants and top, loose knit socks, and a warm hat). The hood on the mummy bag was used as well.

I ordered one of the Jarbridge's with Apex this year and was able tosleep in the back yard till a few weeks ago when we had a cold spell. The last night I slept with it, I was actually cold and decided that it was time to go in house. Oh, did I forget to mention that it was 17 degrees when I went in ? I have a BA storm king, but feet and shoulders were chilly (no bottom insulation to bag). I do love my underquilt! Just purchased another for one of our sons who loves to hammock and has never used one before! He is in for a real treat

High teens to mid 20's last couple nights.
    Jarbidge w/ Apex, triangle thingies.

Used my 4 season New River as a top quilt along w/ 20degree mummy bag.
Lightweight sweatpants, merino wool lightweight top

Plenty warm. Extremely pleased with the Apex Jarbidge.

Love how it is near instant warmth as soon as you settle in and your body heat reaches the underquilt.

Once temps drop down a little more, I will reverse the setup and use the Jarbidge as a supplemental topquilt for the mummy bag and the New River goes under the hammock.

Below zero, will probably double up underneath but we'll see.

200+ nights outdoors and AHE KAQ with me every step of the way.
