    Full length is definately warmer on the feet than 3/4...Also the down booties or sleeves worn as sock/booties will definately super warm the feet.

    Went down under freezing a few degrees in the JRB Stealth Sniveler on Thursday night. These products are very conservatively temperature rated > Thanks Jacks!

    When it's getting down to those temps I'm always carrying my down jacket or puffer. That can just go under my feet and legs, and even though it no doubt compresses somewhat, feet keep nice and toasty, and my jacket is already warmed up, for those early morning forays.

    I also know right where it is. I like making gear work double duty. That saves me pack weight, faster than I can probably afford to throw money at it.
