When I was a kid the only time we were in the house was to eat and sleep.
That looks good to me, sweet!
Looks nicer than mine!

One flaw I can tell is using the bag as a peapod defeats the purpose of the UQ protector. If you can deal with the bag in the hammock, I would use it as a normal bag. That's what I do. It takes practice to get in, but once you figure out a technique for yourself it is great.
I am a little more north of you. In the dead of winter, I use pads in the hammock and a -20 bag as it was designed.
only one way to find out
As was said. the UQ protector would be better on the outside. And also, you need to cinch the SB to keep in the heat or the Peapod system is defeated.
Give us a trip report when you have some testing done.
Enjoy and have fun with your family, before they have fun without you
I put the pod on the outside of the uqp to make it easier to slip up and down. When I am in the hammock the top part of the bag snugs up nice even without adjusting the top cinch. I tried it out the other night it was in the low 30's and windy, I felt no draft at all but only kept it pulled up for less than an hour it was tohot. Will report on how it works when it gets cold.
