If you are an Outlook user & you are adding attroll(at)netrails.com to your contacts, be sure you do it via your browser (for example, at Gmail.com).
Adding it in Outlook won't help unless you have another program that syncs your contacts.

No not an outlook user...but I have made sure both addresses are on both. As of Oct 2nd we were getting notices from HF from the first address Attroll was using.

This still isn't working for me. On Nov 4 I subscribed to two threads -- one with daily email notifications and one with instant emails. Both threads have been updated with new posts, but I get nothing in my Inbox. The email is not being filtered as spam by my ISP -- there's just no sign of it. I suspect the same problem I experienced a week ago with personal messages not being emailed is also still an issue.

This started working again (for me at least) sometime this weekend, so it looks like somebody sacrificed some holiday time for site maintenance -- thank you! Hopefully it's back to stay!
