How many folks are going to actually be there Thursday night for the frozen butt hang? I'm planning on cooking supper for the gang that shows so it would help if I knew. Don't want to make too much, but want to feed those who are there. Red Curry Thai Chicken Thighs with boiled rice. Has onions, garlic, red curry sauce, fish sauce, and black pepper in with the fresh thighs along with a can of coconut milk and a can of cream of shrimp. It's really good. You'll like it. Let me know something please.
Most folks have put on the spreadsheet when they are arriving. I can think of about 8, including yourself, off the top of my head.
That meal sounds incredible...making me hungry!
