    Yeah he was laying flat along the trail trying to Sun or get rest and he didn't bother to move it may but my foot when I look down was just a few inches over his head neck and I lifted up quickly

    After I got about three or four feet away ha ha he didn't do anything at all I had to type on the ground and it circled up and hissed and yes I didn't want to provoke he didn't want to react

    I couldn't believe i wasn't bite. I even checked himself. I got a free pass on this one. I was out taking pictures of various mushrooms for my sons senior bio class, so I was mildly preoccupied looking around. It was well hidden and it didn't move. It was in the conserve mode.
