There's a First Time for Everything...

Took our youngest daughter on her first overnight trip this past weekend. Had a great time, came home pooped, ready to go again! Check it out at http://getoutga.wordpress.com/2013/1...or-everything/

You think you did?! My first thought was "You gotta be f*&^%$# kidding me!"...then I saw the sign behind it that said we had (almost) arrived at the campsites...

Nice write up. I'm glad everyone was safe and had fun. Cold feet...I'v been there. What were you using for foot warmth? It looked like 3/4 length UQs.

Do you think she'll go with you again?

Had to read that one twice, then I noticed that there was no comma; I had added that on my own. Not sure I wanted to click the link initially.

Nice trip - Jenna is lucky to have a dad who will take her and you are lucky to have a daughter who will go. Keep taking advantage of that before she's up and out of the house.

I used to camp on the Chatahoochee southwest of Newnan when I was in high school. The last picture, of the river with mist on it, brings back fond memories.

The pic of the "last look at the river from the campground" looks like time standing still. Maybe at that moment it did...
    Thanks for sharing
