    The magic answer seems to be 21 - 22 oz. Not bad. The only prob I could see would be the coating eventually peeling off, but can't beat the price.

    Thanks Lori - I had seen that thread before but had assumed those weights were for the 9x9 - do you know if they apply to the 12x12 as well?

    I don't have scales to weigh it, but lifting different cans of food in the cuboard, it's around about the same as a can of crushed pineapple (20oz)
    And that would be my totally unscientific answer!!!
