Yeah not completely sure but it looks like one of Matts designs. I had him draw up a strip built SOT design for me - I should build it one day . I made one of his other boats a while back, he has some cool stuff.

Sorry for the thread hijack .

Well spotted SimonMc! Yes, she's a Sabalo 15. Built her in 2010. I plan to do a whole lot more touring in her yet!

Yes the other one is a Revo. Great boat too. I'm jealous of the mirage drive. Did very well against the stiff wind we ran into on a couple of days. I might retro-fit one in mine one day if I get a lazy grand to do it. They are horrendously expensive to buy new here in Australia. It's almost cheaper to buy a second hand Hobie with one fitted and chuck the hull away .

5 days on the Murray River - Australia

Beautiful part of the world mate. Where is that stretch of the Murray? I've done a few section years and years ago around Albury and did the Murray Marathon some many years back.
You get onto any good sized cod?

Nah nothing in that river besides bunyips and you just stay off the water at night and they are a non issue.

Australia's animal danger increases as you go North, it's not until half way up that Australia starts to live up to its reputation. The top quarter, yeah everything wants to kill you.
There is a reason almost all the population is in the bottom half.
