    25 miles done.

Back for a 25 mile hike with the scouts. The hike was great, not to many problems. Two tents broke, one before we even left on the hike. It was my friends tent, so i asked him if he brought his travel hammock, which he did, and i offered him some space under my new tarp.

My DIY trap worked great, even though it didnt rain.

We all packed like it was a 7 day trip to ger ready for our AT trip this summer. My pack weight was 22 pounds with 3.5 litters of water.

slick33 welcome to the forum. The more you read the more you'll want to get a hammock. If you ever have a question just ask, some one here with answer you.

Looks like both set-ups are tied into the same suspension?
Kind of a neat look as long as one of the people isn't...ummmm... gassy.
    Trust nobody!

yep both hammocks on one suspension system. The straps are rated to 200 pounds a piece, so together thats 400. Im less then 150 and my friend is 150. I had the top so gassy didnt bother me.

Im sorry to say but no. It was interesting. The guy on the buttom had to get it first so the top was lower and then i put my back to it and jumped (along with some praying) into the hammock.

It was also interesting in the night when one of us moved because it would swing the other person.
