    WITHDRAWN: Winterized/stormed HH Zip Expedition

For Sale, shipped to CONUSA, $240

I've tried to package this new gear so all you need is stakes.

New HH Zip Expedition with snakeskin's - only set up once in the park to compare to a bridge hammock

New HH Monsoon Tarp - like a Hex but has storm doors on each end

HH undercover for Expedition - just add your own pad or UQ

Conversions: The line suspension has been converted to Whoopie Slings, original line suspension will be included.

Tarp ridge line cord with micro-biner on one end is included for tarp suspension - original plastic hooks that prussic on line suspension are included but would probably need at least four warps to hold on the Amsteel; the ridge line suspension is better.

Two "Knot bone" (dog bone) connectors on split rings for each end of the Monsoon tarp are included. Will substitute Figure-9's for knot bones if you like. I haven't put these on yet because I've never unwrapped the Monsoon.

Two wide tree straps, two carabiners, two longer lengths of climbers webbing (has a little dry pitch on it), and two aluminum toggles for a Marlin Spike, some Nite-ese reflector cord if you want to replace the dark hammock tie-outs.

    Hennessy's description of Monsoon:
For Expedition, Ultralite Backpacker, Deep Jungle, Evader or Hyperlite. This is a modified shock corded, catenary cut, asymmetrical “hex” fly with “blast panels" attachable to each end of the fly to create a totally enclosed space that could handle almost anything. I imagined this would be used for serious expeditions to remote areas where survival is the name of the game.

In order to see what few have seen, you must go where few have gone. And DO what few have done.

    Price reduction

Wow - moved to page 3 in less than two days. So I dropped the price a little. I may pull out some of the suspension items and drop again, but i figured if someone was a first timer, this would have everything so they wouldn't have to get additional biners, straps, under-cover, 4 season tarp, etc.

Anyway - new price - shipped to CONUSA for $240

    knot bones removed, Price lowered

Price reduced to $220 shipped to CONUSA but I'm taking the knot bones out if the package. They are only a couple bucks anyway, just a little hassle to find them, pick them up.

The main items are Hammock, Monsoon tarp - a hex tarp with storm doors at each end, under cover, and suspension switched from line to whoopee slings.

Any consideration to sell the Monsoon separate? I'd be interested. No worries though!

    Signalfire,

If I have to drop this much lower, I'll withdraw it and I can sell the monsoon separate. Then I'll bundle the original diagonal tarp and under cover with the Expedition. But because the tarp with storm doors and the under cover to additionally help cut the convection loss, this seem a nice combination for winter.

For now, I'll keep them together. No harm in asking; glad to see a post on this besides my own

That is where the bottom entry shines. Button down both sides and the end then skoot into the foot with the door half closed. ;-) Hope you find a customer.
    YMMV

    Last Price Reduction

Last price, shipped to CONUSA for $210. If this doesn't sell, I'll split the bundle apart or just withdraw.

    Last Price Reduction to $195

Okay - one more price reduction - $195 shipped to CONUSA

If this offer moves to page three, I' withdraw it and consider repackaging the deal in the spring.

Keep this up a little longer. I know someone who might be interested. I'll try to contact them asap.
