Made my first overnight with the Light Owl and Tadpole with Pole Mod. Full trip report here: https://www.hammockforums.net/forum/....php?p=1139237
The short version is all went well and I spent a comfortable rainy night in the LO under the tadpole. Winds were about 10mph with some gust but I stayed perfectly dry. The 11' tarp resulted in plenty of coverage for the LO. The pole mod makes a HUGE difference in perceived space. It was windy and wet so I had the tarp pitched fairly low but the poles attached to the pull-outs kept the sides of the tarp well away from the hammock and made what would have been a long night comfortable to kick back and enjoy a good book. Get the pole mod, it's well worth the added 2oz!
