Love my Superfly, what to do with the Edge?

When I ordered my Blackbird, I got an Edge tarp to go with it. Great tarp; tiny, light, great coverage.
Then I got a Superfly. Loooove that tarp! So versatile, great coverage, just love it.

So the question is: Should I keep the Edge for warm weather camping, or realize that I have everything with the Superfly and set it free?

What have others in this situation ended up doing?

I have both tarps as well. Only use the superfly for winter and super bad weather....I use the edge much more, it really isn't tiny at all..... I also have a half door kit which I love.. you can close one side completely or one door on each side...Great setup indeed.....

I got the MambaJamba then a Superfly. Now I typically use the SF - love the coverage.
The MambaJamba gets used when my daughter goes with, or if I go on a particular punishing trail.

If you are missing some other kit, then consider letting the Edge go, but otherwise I say keep it.

I use my Edge in the summer when backpacking and weight is a consideration. For canoe trips and winter camping it's the Superfly. It's good to have the options IMO.

I have a Superfly, but if funds allowed I'd get an Edge too.

keep it, always nice to have an extra tarp around if you introduce someone new to hammock camping and they don't quite have all the gear

I agree with those that say hang onto it. I bought a Superfly first but after getting my wife a Blackbird too,I bought an Edge. She won't be winter hanging so I will use the Superfly when I do and use the Edge in warmer weather and for backpacking while she uses the larger tarp. It's also good to have some extra gear to loan friends as stated above. You can't have too much gear!!!

I haven't used my Edge since I got my vertex, in car camping situations. My edge rides in my day pack, and has been useful a time or two

My superbly rocks, but I have other tarps I use. When the going gets very rough, the superbly gets the call.
