Been looking at a gossamer gear Mariposa and a ULA ohm, can't decide which I like more. (perhaps I will start another thread on this to help me decide, lol)

GG Newsletter I got indicated a Thanksgiving Holliday Sale from Wednesday night to Monday night with no details.
Not sure what will be on sale but will give it a look.

ULA has been running a special where a pack over $200 comes with a free sawyer squeeze mini. I'm sure you wouldn't have a problem selling the squeeze here if you don't need one.

In regards to ULA, I thought about selling that mini to subsidize the cost...sort of making it a 12.5% off type thing hehe.

Does Gossamer gear traditionally have just a Black Friday sale, or is there likely to be a pre-Christsmas sale before too long (for those of us who missed the BF sale)?
I see that GossamerGear has put their 1/4" Thinlight evazote wide pads on sale again (as of Saturday morning, 14 December). Not clear when this sale will end. Some (but not all) other pads are on sale, but many items (like packs) are not.
The price reduction on this (~39" x 59" x .25") pad is similar to their Black Friday sale; it almost amounts to free shipping (given what they charge for FedEx ground).
Hyperlite Mountain Gear has some pretty awesome end of the year sales on packs going at the moment... like $85 off the 2400 windrider. I believe you can call them
