So I recently acquired a Greylock, and when I rigged it on my hammock, I noticed there was a space between my butt and the UQ. Will this affect the warmth?

Thanks very much for the fast reply. Used the quilt last night, and I really could feel where the UQ sagged. I will try what you suggested and see how it works.

Also Dutch Quilt Hooks and Quilt Hangers help a good bit too.

Sometimes I like to hike and think, And sometimes I just like to hike.
Hiking is'ent about waiting for the storm to pass its about learning to hike in the rain.
Since there are 9' 10' 11' hammocks out there.
Most quilt suppliers will give you more shockcord for the main suspension than you need. Don't be suprised if you have to take out 12"-24"s
Since I have both 10' and 11' hammocks I just made a loop with a simple overhand knot effectively removing ~12" of shockcord without cutting.

Thanks very much guys. I think I should be able to be a lot warmer with the improvements you suggested.
