I have read several times on these forums how good the customer service is with our Cottage vendors but it's one thing to read about it and something all together different to experience it firsthand. I was in the market for my very first top and bottom quilt a couple of weeks ago and after doing some research I decided to go with Underground quilts. I had read where several people love their quilts from UGQ and after looking at their website and seeing all the color options i decided to go with them. I decided to go with a full 20 degree underquilt and 20 degree topquilt. While placing the order for the top quilt I underestimated the size needed and went with the 66" option and then sat back to do the hard task of waiting. I have routinely checked their order status page (which is a great idea by the way) and was very excited to see "in production" by my order. I went about my day and decided to check my e-mail inbox before bed and I found an e-mail from Paul and Missy double checking that I had selected the appropriate size before they begin. I sure am glad they did that because as it turns out I needed the next size up and I would have potentially short sheeted myself with my brand new Topquilt. It's not every day you find companies willing to take the time to do that. Thanks again Paul and Missy!!
