I've always been a stomach sleeper in bed, but have no problem sleeping on my back in a gathered end hammock. Actually now that I've been hammocking for a while I've started sleeping on my back at home in bed. Go figure.

I sleep 'almost' on my stomach in my ULBA. I use a pillow, which helps keep my face away from the nylon.

I Googled "ULBA" but am still not certain of its meaning...I assume it's an acronym for something....please enlighten me?

I assume it was meant to be the BULA (HH Backpacker Ultralight Asym). Here is a list of common acronyms used around here if you don't already know about it.
