Awesome video as usual MM. The water looked so calm and beautiful. I need to get more cold water gear also, and I look forward to going on a future one with you all. Looks like a great time was had by all.

Baja you would have loved this trip and as you saw not that cold (relatively speaking of course)...like the perfect storm this was the perfect peace. I really don't remember any stressfull event---no wait, there was on the second day me realizing that my socks of my paddling suit were leaking and my overboots were leaking too=cold wet feet, a cold that was going up into my core. But Hangnout out had an extra pair of boots exactly my size. So I did stress for about 10 minutes
You would have fit in well. It was a good mix of HFers.

Thanks for the kind words MM. It was a great experience for me. I came apprehensive about my lack of knowledge and experience compared to all of you. I left encouraged and excited about the possibilities ahead. For me that sums up the character of the eight people I was privileged to stand around the fire and hang with for a few hours. Thanks.

    Looks like a fantastic trip.
    Great weather and good friends.
Like others, I was thinking of you all during the wind and snow the prior week.
The videos flew by watching them. Good job putting them together as always.
