TN>Land Between the Lakes>Bridge to Bridge

This is a heart felt trip....so so many wonderful things all came together-but with the hard work of a few
if you have limited time watch Part 3, remember to click on settings for HD:
    Part 1-

    Part 2-

    Part 3-

First know this, Potneck is a man of God. He moved me. He's moved many. If you ever get a chance to be in his presence you are blessed.
Secondly, most of you know I revere Hangnout. This man gives and gives and gives. NO way I can ever express to him how much I respect him. I will owe him forever.
Thirdly, this trip shows that constitutionalist and social/liberals can get along quite well HA!
Fourthly, we were blessed with weather. 5 days of such weather I doubt it will repeat in a hundred years.
Fifthly, LBL is gigantic, our focus was paddling from Bridge to Bridge but the possibly activities boggle (paddling/hiking/biking/birding/astro'ing/photography/etc)
Sixthly, the camaraderie as ALWAYS with the HF group wonderful, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, reverent.

For those who wanted to but worried about the cold.....
For those who wanted to but worried about the conditions....
For those who dream of something like this....
    DO IT.

Special thanks to Hangnout and Ragnalll for purchasing, hauling, hiking in, caching the water. This made this trip immensely easy...think about
how much time/effort to find water if they had not done this.
Special thanks for Hangnout for the planning, the mapping, the day-to-day statistics.

Sounds like fun. The YouTube links did not work for me. I was in the area at the time of your trip. So much wanted to stop by, but family would kill me if I left them on Thanksgiving weekend.

Awesome awesome paddle trip and great 3 videos again MM. Glad you had good weather too. They are predicting a lot of snow for this Friday so you missed the first snow storm of the year!!! Can't wait to hunt in the snow myself. Keep the videos coming as I know you will. Once again,,glad it all worked out for you as the wife and I kept asking each other. "I wonder how the Paddle trip is going?," the whole time you peeps was on the water. Videos prove you had a awesome time!!

Seeing as I live 30 minutes away, I sure wanted to go with you guys (and gals). Couldn't swing it this year though, my wife was recovering from surgery, priorities you know I also need better cold water paddling gear.
Thank you for the great videos and trip report, looked like an awesome trip!

Hey Ragnall, what kayak did you move up to? I bought a Jackson Journey 14.
Seeing as you, Hangnout, and I bought new touring yaks after the Percy Priest hang, Turtle 2 owes us some lunch don'tcha think? PM me.
