Not sure about the name change, but I'm glad you enjoyed the video. However the Fireball Whiskey and Hot Chocolate might need a name like that.

Good luck sailing in all the sock VB thing…tricky stuff.

It was a great trip worthy of a Whoooo Buddy. I'd love to see you out on the Art Loeb Trail. It is tough, but worth every step. I hope my work on the AGG Pocket Profile will make trip planning a bit easier for you, but you'd still have to make the trip down, and there is a lot of the Gorge to explore. Hard pick.
The VB socks are great, but it'll take a few trips to get the concept mapped out for hiking. A full hammock sock will also be in the works for colder camping.
    Thanks for watching.

Excellent video! Bit of a "trip down memory lane" for an old guy - used to live in Brevard as a kid (way back in the '50s...). Lotsa memories 'bout Davidson River camping & walking a bit of the neighboring hills. Thanks for sharing...

That looked like about as pretty of a trip as anyone could ever ask.

Thanks for the look around from Pilot!

Glad to hear that the silsocks work pretty okay, even if they're not quite perfect. Would adding a bit of CCF in the bottom of 'em be worth it? Just a thought...

Sorry to hear that the cinnamon got the better of you. That's never fun out in the woods.

I hope your last eleven miles go well!

I'm glad I could take you for a walk, down memory lane or the ALT or both. It's a wonderful area, not sure what Columbia has to offer that Bervard didn't, but I'm glad you got to see the area again.

I wish you could have been there, John. The silsocks will work perfect as rain socks and VBL. I think I'm going to start using neoprene socks with them for walking in the snow.

If it wasn't the cinnamon, it was something. I would never wish that feeling on anyone.
