I purchased some mitten hooks from diy gear supply, and I got an email confirming my order. I got another email shortly after saying that they found a cheaper shipping option, so they refunded me $4 for the difference. Pretty excited about that. That go on my book of good people.

Kinda funny when people are talking about 'great deal on silnylon 2nds' at another place - at more $$ than diygearsupply charges.
I like dealing with smaller, 'cottage' operations when they are as efficient as diygearsupply.
I'm always getting shipping refunds from DIY! Good honest people to do business with :-)
I love making my own gear, and DIY gear supply is my number one vendor!!

yep, I placed an order then later that night I remembered a few things I forgot so I placed a second order. The next day I got a refund for the shipping on the second order! good stuff and good people
