in column C the person editing it should have increased the value by 1 when adding their head count
in column D i believe I wrote the 6 for 3 slices each for Kevin and I.
if someone was adding to the same meatlovers they should have change the 2 in column C to 3 and then in column D is says add a + then your number of slices. so it should have been =6+1 and the formula would equal 7. column E then multiplies C*D and divides by 8 which is the slice count for larges.

LOL! Is there a macro for that?
no but i'm still trying to figure out how 17 + 13 equals 29 and some are slices, some are not but they all add up to complete pizzas.

[QUOTE=Stone;1190975]Talked to the state park today. They are expecting us and excited.
Hopefully not waiting for us with tasers!

Because its set up per person eating 13 slices of meatlovers and 17 slices each of pepperoni. (# of ppl * slices per person) / 8 = $1,000 pizza bill.
Everyone should have just entered themselves and their guest as their own line item.
Regardless, even at 6-spp we'll still have leftovers. Remember each slice has 3/4 of a pound of meat on it...

Does any one have an easy up cover we could use as a snow cover over the table?
If we get snow every day, and I hope so, we will have to shovel off the table as well as the surrounding areas
