    I've used my bugnet in cold(for Florida), but not freezing, to add the warmth. I will remove it when cold enough to freeze my breath(not too many times, here).

    Bug net may not add warmth in the form of another "layer"/insulation, but it sure makes it feel warmer by reducing the breeze across your face...

    I laid a poncho liner over my bug netting created a micro enviroment that seemed to work well. I am not nearly as experienced as others here but it worked for me. It was 9 degrees out I just draped it over
