How to keep the head warm

I have had one for a few years now, another good use is if you find your feet are getting a tad cold you can wrap the hood around your feet then stuff it all back in your quilts footbox, adds a great bit of warmth.

Only do this if you have something else to keep your head warm, don't want a cold noggin.
