Alright Marty...your rep is on the line, my friend!
(Just kidding...your rep is SOLID 'round these parts!)
I'm about to put the test on my investment in downy goodness this upcoming weekend.
Yep...weather is looking grim...which makes it time to put the gear through it's paces.
Friday night forecast is 17F, 19mph gusts, and 1-3 inches of snow. Saturday night is clear, with a low of 10F.
I'm busting out my WL full length UQ with 2oz of overstuff, and the custom TQ with the same overstuff. Relying on the lazy slug tubes to keep everything dry when I'm not in it.
I've got a good tarp...HH hex with doors attached, with custom velcro closures on the doors. I'm not expecting anything to get inside that sucker...and I think that Marty's down will be more than able to handle the temps themselves.
So...looking forward to coming back here and letting Marty know just how good his gear does when the weather gets ugly!
