Bubba, ggreaves: it's too bad you guys won't be able come out. Looks like it's be a nice mild winter weekend.

I hesistate to post a role call but here goes:

Chard
Iguana
Ozz
76 Highboy
Chenvre - Saturday

Southern folk can meet up at 9:00 am at the McDonalds about 3 km north of the 401 on the 115 near Clarington, an hour out of Toronto. Catchacoma's still another 90 minutes north of there. For those coming in from other directions, we can still meet at the "Road to Catchacoma" around 10:30 ish. Sound good?

I'm going to be a Saturday arrival, providing I can stay on top of things at work this week. Time is still TBD, although ill want to head in early.

Drag. I've been tempting fate myself, running around outside with a shortsleeved shirt.

Come ice-out I'll be canoeing. It's just the right thing to do.

P.s. anyone else find it funny that despite being the coldest winter in years, the Canadian winter hang will have rain and highs above zero?

Hello all,

I apologize for any hope I may have given rise to with my last post but despite my best efforts I am not going to be able to join you this weekend. I just can't make the logistics work. I am disappointed that it hasn't worked out, it would have been nice to try some "transition weather" hanging. I hope you all have a great time.

I don't have Monday off...

One option might be to opt for an one-night Saturday/Sunday trip. We miss the worst of the weather.

Monday is no good for me either.

They say it is currently raining out here in Burlington but as I look out the window all I see is white. About 2 cm of snow have fallen in the last hour here.
