    I took the plunge and went all in!

    Thanks everyone - I had to share with people that would really appreciate it as my wife is not a hanger or camper. It was a major investment, but my back will greatly appreciate it as it is lighter and I will be more comfortable when I sleep. Someone asked - I'm currently in Afghanistan (as a contractor, not a soldier).

    Haha. For my cookset I traded in the iron skillet for an alky stove.....

    Actually I use a primus express canister stove that I plan on keeping. The 15 lbs counts everything else that I'm using/usually carry.
