    Cst thanks I am a side sleeper and switch several times during the night, I am looking at xlc for a second hammock.
    When I was a kid the only time we were in the house was to eat and sleep.

    I added the shock cord mod to my XLC at the foot end. I only use it when the net is off. It works well and was easy to do. I also have a Lite Owl. I don't use my XLC without the net often but when I do the shock cord mod comes in handy.

    I dont find side sleeping to very easy with the xlc.. But maybe thats just me..

    I find sleeping in the XLC pretty easy period.

    Setting up the ridge line to be a quick disconnect via a softshackle/nacrabiner is the only mod I might make.
