There are times that the only way you can do something is to do it alone.
If you print your shipping label with PayPal, there is no charge for First Class or Priority Mail Delivery Confirmation. You do not have to receive any money from someone in order to ship to them.
I know this is a settled matter. USPS tracking is an oxymoron.

It has improved a little bit. They are now claiming that you can see up to 9 scans or something like that. However, anytime a human is involved, there is room for error.
I'm cheap too. So I usually don't get tracking unless it's a pricier item. Recently when I purchased something on the HF for sale section, the person took a picture of the receipt from the post office and messaged it to me. I thought this was a nice touch because it at least showed that they had mailed something to me.
