Well, I held out as long as I could ( maybe seven minutes) but then I realised I need a stinger for my new tarp which is coming. So I got the Explorer just to provide packing for the Stinger.

We have a 20ft x 20ft deck at the back door. But I've just had to put aside $5000, for a deck which we will walk across the existing deck to get to.
The Princess pointed out to me that I can't hang my hammock(s)Shhhh. on the existing deck because of the way its constructed, but the new deck will have 6x6 posts, and my hammock frame is getting a little surface rust.
As you can see, I was trained by the best.

PS I just flagged this sale to the Aussie bushwalkers, so don't dawdle !

I'm a sick man! This will be my 4th HH Explorer UL, though I did sell one of them at someone's request last year or two ago. Maybe I will sell an older one in the near future. I am also trying to talk myself into selling some of my other excess gear, mainly just so I can buy some new stuff I've been wanting to try out, and maybe without triggering more discussion about my lack of mental stability.
