What size is hip belt? How big does it go?

How small is a good question I say as is 38 but it could be easily made smaller by repositioning the straps with a set of bar tacks. That is how the straps are attached to the to the padded hip belt area. So I would have to say you could make an easy adjustment to darn near any size you would want to without any issues. Just remove the strap tacks and move back and re-tack and there you'll have it.
