    Winter at its best.

    Second trip of the winter went great. Thanks to HHSnewbie for all the extra work. I have knee surgery on the second of January. He did a lot more than he should of had to.
    Started out in the mid to upper 30's f. By breakfast it was in the mid to low 20's f.

    Very nice pic. Where did you end up going? I went out with HF Wolverine for a spur of the moment overnight at Pinckney-Blind Lake on Saturday. It was great getting out in the woods again.

    Blind lake is a nice little get away.. I like the hike from Green lake, great overniter....

    Forgot to say, good luck on the operation... Wife has 2 new knees and is doin fine... Make sure you follow up on self therapy.. Range of motion....

    Awesome! I never tire of the view from the hammock. Wishing you a speedy recovery. To pass the time, you could build some poles for your pulk.
