    narrow togles

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find a slim aluminum arrow shaft. Say the size of a slim carbon arrow, carbon will not work for what I want to do as carbon wants to split and fray. if anyone has 4 short sections say 2" long @ 1/8 or 3/16 O.D. maybe we can work something out.

The nicer carbon arrows fibers are linear as well as wrapped and don't crush easily.
You just missed the season to get a bunch of these free.
Go to an archery shop and ask for their cut-offs from cutting to length for customers.
They will have both aluminum and carbon in various diameters.

    That's where I got mine.
Asked for a bent arrow, he asked me:"How many you want?"

Cut it to about 3", sanded all edges smooth, and drilled a small pass-thru hole perpindicular in the end through both sides.
Put an 8" loop of string through it, girth hitched it to my tree strap, and it stays on my tree strap so I don't lose it.
Slides up and down on the strap for adjusting very easily.
I've gone to find myself. If I get back before I return, make sure I stay here.

When I see lovers' names carved into a tree, I don't think it's cute. I think it's strange how so many people take knives on a date.

I wish I had thought to ask a local shop for a bent arrow! I bought a blank from ****'s Sporting Goods.

I think I will ask around for a couple before I get started on my next project.

Don't bother mentioning the gear room appears to be in the middle of some sort of free flying down blizzard, any time the blower on the furnace kicks on

Find cut fragments of Easton Full Metal Jackets. My 340 spine arrows weigh 11.3 grains per inch. Stout! Slim! Slick on the outside!

I kept my work area down to snow shower level somehow. My wife has been very tolerant of my takeover of her thread injector and my constant search for down or bargain bin ripstop.

I got all mine for free from Richard's Sporting goods. I just walked in and asked if they had any cutoffs from arrows. The guy showed me a 5 gallon bucket overflowing. Let me grab as many as I wanted in different lengths, aluminum and carbon.
