Well after looking at the water level again this morning.. it shows both above and below Kyles Landing low but floatable... I think I'll go ahead and bring the boats... just incase...
this hang has gotten BIG since I last checked on it. Happy hanging to all. I, unfortunately will not be able to make it this year. Hope it goes well and I'm really going to miss the food this year!
I'm still planning on bringing my kyacks. If we go down the river great if we don't than it will be fun looking for waterfalls. But the main reason is to hang with everyone and the low gap cafe
BNR showed LOW last May at Kyles. My buddy and I put in with a river canoe, two adult males and gear/food for 5 days. We did drag about once an hour that day going down the Buffalo (went to Ozark), but hey, hop out, let out rope and let the canoe and gear go down the river while we walked the shallows. SO, yeah, without a load, the canoes and kyacks should be good fun.
