We are solid on this weekend (excepting unexpected circumstances.)

Are sites first come/first serve or do we need to reserve a spot? (We'll have a tent along with our hammocks so we'll be in the campground on a tent pad somewhere.)

Also, we're looking to canoe from Ponca back to Kyle's Landing Saturday if water levels are OK. Does anybody have room for a couple of hitchhikers (1 paddler)? If not, I'll reserve from a Ponca outfitter and have car shuttled back to the campground.

Sites will be first come first serve. There is a large area on the right as you get to the bottom of the hill that will hold most of the people. Some will be hanging on the left as you enter the campground either by choice or because there aint no more trees on the right.
Last year I went on this same hang and it was my first as well. Let me say it was a great experience. I only regret I won't be able to make it again this year. It just don't look like it's in the cards.
