This time tomorrow I'll be chomping at the bit here at my desk, waiting for 5:00 to roll around.
I used to be a somebody, now I just camp.
Tomorrow this time I will be on the island enjoying life.I hope to head there around 8 am and be on the island by 11. I'm getting anxious....

Just got off the phone with Muskrat. He is headed to the lake with the boat. For all practical intents and purposes you can consider him off the grid until about 10am tomorrow.
He will be making gear tips out to the island starting about 8am. With all the stuff he is shuttling, he will be able to start shuttling PEOPLE out to the island after 10am.
Prefered method of communication is phone call but if he does not answer; follow up with a text.
I hope to be heading out to the island by 3:30pm. I will answer the phone when Muskrat is being the ferry, fairy?

Don'cha just love this part of a hang? The final hours, the excitement, the anticipation, the culmination of all this planning. I'm feeling it and won't even be there.
Most of us end up poorer here but richer for being here. Olddog, Fulltime hammocker, 365 nights a year.
Yep, we just put away the sewing machine and our dates are getting drunk already. Not to try and sleep.
We plan to be on the road around 6:30ish for the 8 hour and 15 minute drive. I should be sleeping by now, but I'm too excited to sleep!
